📦 Day-of Pick-Up Volunteers

Assist with picking up donated items from partners, schools, and grocery stores on the day of the event.

 

🚗 Delivery & Transport Volunteers

Use your vehicle to transport food boxes to distribution sites or local families in need.

 

🏫 School Support Volunteers

Help assemble snack kits, weekend meal bags, and classroom food supplies for schools we partner with.

📋 Registration & Check-In Team

Greet families, check them in, verify lists, and help maintain a smooth event flow.

 

📸 Photography & Media Volunteers

Capture photos and videos of food drives, volunteer days, and community events to help us share our impact.

 

🤝 Community Outreach Volunteers

Help connect Helping Hands with local businesses, schools, churches, and community groups who may want to host drives or partner with us.

 

🎁 Holiday Program Volunteers

Assist with assembling Thanksgiving and holiday meal baskets, wrapping supplies, or organizing seasonal events.

 

📣 Social Media & Communications Help

Create content, draft captions, or help spread the word about upcoming drives and programs.

 

🪜 Setup & Breakdown Crew

Help set up tables, organize food stations, load/unload supplies, and clean up after events.

 

💛 General Volunteers
